Markers (or Waypoints) let you save specific locations – especially of mushrooms 🙂 – with custom icons, descriptions and photos. Markers allow you to organize your spots by category (ie, mushroom type) as well as navigate back to them year after year.
Some Features:
- Favorites – Mark your best markers as favorites
- Categories – by default, we set these up for you as Mushroom types
- Icons – choose a fitting icon, select an emoticon, or, add your own custom icon
- Photos – add photos to icons and choose to make the markers located at the spot you took the photo
- Ratings – rate your markers (we use this to rate our favorite mushroom spots)
- Organize into Folders to turn them on or off easily.
- Save for offline use – By default all markers work in offline mode!

When you add or edit markers, they will synch between your desktop and mobile app versions via our cloud servers.
